Darko Petrovic
Designer
Darko Petrovic was born in Istria and studied theatre design at the Fine Arts Academy in Venice led by the painter Giovanni Soccol. His career began simultaneously in three different countries; Germany designing set and costumes (at the Bühnen der Stadt Köln), Italy as costume designer (Teatro Massimo Bellini in Catania) and in Croatia designing sets (Komedija Thetre in Zagreb). His style is visually varied from baroque painted sets in perspective to new technology such as digital printing and projections
