Carmen (Nevill Holt Opera)

Ashley Page's intelligent production flair brought elegance, some wonderful costuming, versatile sets and much more...

Nevill Holt's Carmen hits the jackpot...

Thanks to Page's direction and instilled discipline, the group scenes were splendidly marshalled, from first to last.

Orfeo ed Eurydice (Scottish Opera)

What Page achieved in this notoriously difficult-to-stage work was the concise expressiveness that eludes so many of its interpreters. And he did so in harmony with an 'old pro' in the pit, Kenneth Montgomery, and a trio of soloists who acted as eloquently as they sang.

Opera Magazine

It's been done before.....but never quite, in my experience, so smoothly interwoven with the vocal exposition of the work as in this quintessentially beautiful, mellifluous new production for Scottish Opera by choreographer and former dancer Ashley Page.

Opera Now

The Grammar of Ornament (Tulsa Ballet)

In the case of Page's The Grammar of Ornament, multiple performances are almost mandatory. Page's ballet is dense with movement, so much so that at times one isn't certain where to focus attention. Fortunately, everywhere you look, you're fascinated.

..the additions to the art that choreographers Ashley Page, Adam Hougland and Luciano Cannito have made are works that deserve long lives and myriad performances.

La boheme (Nevill Holt Opera)

Its challenges are stylishly met here by an imaginative and energetic staging directed by the choreographer Ashley Page.

The Telegraph

All contributed to as fresh a Boheme as I have seen in a long time. I want to hear all the principals again
